Alcohol seized near junior school
Guernsey police have seized what is being described as a significant quantity of alcohol during an operation targeting alleged under-age drinking.

The alcohol was discovered in the St Martin's Primary School area.

Police officers carried out 14 stop and searches over the weekend and several arrests were made for alleged alcohol-related offences.

Officers also spoke to more than 50 youths regarding their behaviour in the Saumarez Park and Footes Lane area.
