Vandals broke into the club's course at L'Ancresse Common in April |
Additional car parking lots have been created for Guernsey's Bank Holiday horse races to avoid last year's traffic congestion. The return of events at Guernsey Racing Club last May after a 13 year absence attracted thousands of visitors.
Three paid parking areas have been put in place near the L'Ancresse crossroads and Pembroke and Chouet Bays for Monday's races.
Organiser Jim Jamouneau said he was confident there would be enough spaces.
Fencing had to be prepared at the track after vandals removed 17 lengths of rail, once used at Ascot, on 16 April.
