Islanders ready to welcome Queen
The Queen
The Queen will arrive at 1115 BST
Islanders will have plenty of opportunity to see the Queen when she arrives in Guernsey on Monday to take part in Liberation Day celebrations.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh arrive at Guernsey airport at 1115 BST and will then drive to Beau Sejour.

After a Liberation Day Service, the royal couple will do a short walkabout before being taken to Government House for lunch.

There will be another walkabout when the Queen unveils a liberation stone.

The couple will then drive slowly along the seafront to the bottom of the Val de Terres and from there they will head for the airport via St Martin's.
