States seeks landlords' opinions
Landlords in Guernsey are being asked for their views on proposed government changes in the rental market.

Housing Minister Dave Jones says the States is considering a variety of different measures.

They include new tenant protection laws, the abolition of rent control and a variety of tax reforms.

Mr Jones says the changes are far reaching and his department wants to be sure it understands the impact they may have on landlords.
