Guernsey residents are being asked for their views on telecom charges. The Office of Utility Regulation (OUR) plans to introduce temporary price controls for Cable and Wireless Guernsey until a price review ends.
OUR is currently carrying out a review of the whole system of telecom pricing in the island.
Limits set three years ago run out in March, so interim controls will be put in place until the of September, when the study will be completed.
Jon Buckland, the watchdog's director of policy, said: "There is a need to have a price control for the period because the services are very important to telecom users.
"We're looking to get views on what types of services should be price controlled, how control should be targeted and the way it should be set."
