Russia 'focused on civilians'

Georgia's president has accused Russia of deliberately targeting civilians and journalists in attacks on his country.

Mikhail Saakashvili said reports indicated Russian forces were "predominantly focused on civilians" and that a hospital in the city of Gori had been hit by a tactical weapon.
