Survey into bus services
Jersey bus
Connex has been running the bus routes for a year
A survey into what Jersey people think of the island's bus service has started.

About 34 researchers are spending three days asking travellers what they think of the service run by Connex.

Every bus route will be surveyed at least once, with a researcher travelling on every journey.

The results of the survey, along with any recommendations, will be presented to the Public Services Committee in November.

The company has been running the service for about a year now.

The researchers will be investigating routes until Thursday.

People who do not regularly use the service can then have their say on Friday when researchers will be in St Helier town centre and the Red Houses shopping centre.
