Senators Frank Walker and Ted Vibert were on BBC Radio Jersey's Talkback programme on Sunday.

Listeners questioned both senators ahead of a States meeting on Tuesday when the matter will be discussed in secret before a full States debate the following week.

The Policy and Resources Committee is proposing to transfer land worth �10m to Les Pas Holdings as an out-of-court settlement over the dispute about who owns much of St Helier's foreshore.
