Rapper Kanye West and daredevil stuntman Evel Knievel have vowed to resolve a copyright case out of court. Knievel, 68, claimed the video to West's 2006 single Touch The Sky infringed copyright and tarnished his image with its "vulgar, sexual" nature.
Knievel seeks damages and a halt to distribution of the video, which showed the rapper cavorting with actress Pamela Anderson as "Evel Kanyevel".
The pair have stated that they will use a mediator to try to settle the case.
