Nancy Sorrell has been voted out of the Australian jungle in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The actress and wife of comic Vic Reeves was the first contestant to be evicted in the current series.

Former All Saints singer Natalie Appleton has already walked out of the show, rather than face a fifth "bush tucker trial".

On Friday, ex-East 17 star Brian Harvey also quit after a blazing row with Janet Street-Porter.

'Jealous'

Sorrell was hugged and kissed by Reeves as she left.

The comedian, whose real name is Jim Moir, was a surprise addition to the show last week.

Sipping a glass of champagne, Sorrell told hosts Ant and Dec: "When Jim came in it helped me a lot, maybe people were a bit jealous, I don't know, I don't care.

"People may have wanted to split us up a bit."

Sorrell, who played Bill Nighy's girlfriend in the romantic comedy Love Actually, revealed that she knew her husband was to join the show but had kept it a secret from her fellow contestants.

Asked how Reeves would cope without her, she said: "Not very well, he said he wouldn't cope very well without me. Maybe he will come out tomorrow."

Bookmakers Ladbrokes have made singer Sheila Ferguson evens to be the next person voted off and Reeves second favourite at 2/1.
