The chief of police said Amrozi apologised to his family for problems caused by his arrest, but there was no apology for the victims of the attack. ![]() Amrozi (left) was arrested last week, and interrogated in front of the media on Wednesday ![]() He appeared relaxed , and smiled and waved when asked to turn to the watching journalists ![]() Indonesian authorities played a tape of what they said was Amrozi's voice, where he apologised to his family... ![]() ...but reportedly not to relatives of the more than 200 people who died or are missing ![]() Police claim Amrozi met a man from militant group Jemaah Islamiah and they planned the attack together. |
