McCain shocked by Obama health claim

John McCain asked Barack Obama how much he would fine Joe the Plumber if he did not provide health insurance in his small businesss.

Obama's reply of 'zero' appeared to leave McCain shocked.

John McCain also compared Obama's plan to set up 'health care bureaucracies' to the Canadian and the UK's health systems - apparently implying they were not desirable systems to emulate.
