Mugabe a threat to unity, says US

The United States says the power-sharing deal in Zimbabwe will not work with Robert Mugabe as president.

Senior US envoy to Africa, Jendayi Fraser said Mr Mugabe had reneged on the principle of power-sharing and the US would no longer support the deal signed in September.
