Former South African leader Nelson Mandela has said there is a "tragic failure of leadership" in Zimbabwe.
It is the first time he has criticised Robert Mugabe's rule in Zimbabwe and the escalating violence.
Nelson Mandela made his comments at a dinner speech in London.
