After 3 hours sleep a 9am meeting is not the nicest thing to greet you on Easter Sunday morning, or any given Sunday. So after my breakfast of ackee & saltfish, I took advantage of the few hours I had to kick back, relax and watch the highlights of the England vs Northern Ireland match.

There was still work to be done as I had the lovely Tami Chin, Desperado and Shane-o popping over for a quick chat and freestyle, which you will hear on Thursday's show.

For the first time in the week I had a chance to hit the hotel bar and prove to my friends 'Online Jason' and 'Reggae Rob' that they should stick to the Jamaican sorrel (fruit cocktail) and leave the Guinness to me. Rob was still suffering with an upset stomach from chicken foot soup.

Tommorrow will be my final show from Jamaica so I'll be making sure my show selection will be tight, the One Drop sound is dominating the scene right now so we will be finding out why on the show. Catch the show tomorrow 10pm-midnight.
