Howard Williams says the attacks were a big part of people�s daily lives for a short time, but people moved on quickly.

For many people, he says, Ground Zero has become "a weird tourist attraction".

"I have taken people to go buy fake designer handbags on Canal Street and then they want to 'Go to 9/11.'"
