Perestroika has not changed my life at all. It is the same as under the Soviets. I do the same things, except now I am a more skilful plumber. But radiators are still leaking, so I have no problem finding work. And I get the same money, albeit in new currency.

My attitude to Gorbachev is positive. The president is always a respectable personality. Silly people would not get such a job, right?
