Gelu, 13, is living back at home due to a new reintegration scheme, as his father Victor explains.

"When Gelu was just a few months old, my wife became ill and I had to put him in an institution.

"But I always wanted him back. Last year I was told it was possible.

"It�s good to have him here again. I�ve been saving to buy him a computer."
