A miserable summer's weather was not glum enough, it seems, to dampen trampoline sales.

TP, which has one-third of the �20m market, reckons sales are growing by more than 50% a year - a response, perhaps, to fears of childhood obesity.

And while most are sold in summer, TP hopes people will consider shelling out �150-plus this Christmas.
