Plans for a proposed wind turbine and gas storage project in Lincolnshire are going on show. Star Energy wants to build 14 wind turbines in villages near Welton, north of Lincoln, but local residents have opposed the plans on environmental grounds.
The company has put in planning proposals to build turbines at Sudbrooke, Nettleham, Cold Hanworth and Stainton-by-Langworth.
Each turbine would stand 100 metres tall.
Star Energy says more gas storage is needed and the wind turbines will provide power for its Welton oilfield.
Steve Taylor, spokesman for a residents' action group, said earlier: "What people are concerned about is the visual amenity - the impact on the locality."
An exhibition is being held at the company's offices at its Sudbrooke site from Wednesday until Saturday.
