With Virdee, the new six-part BBC crime thriller hitting our screens this month, we had a sneak peak of the Bradford filmed and set drama, and hearing from the writer AA Dhand (Amit), who grew up in Bradford. Amit talked us through his journey from pharmacist to successful author, and how his career influenced the characters within his stories. He was joined by Eeshar Singh, who was shadow music producer on the drama, and Unit Manager Simmi Ryatt.
