Watch Outlook's Matthew Bannister talk to BBC journalist Shaimaa Khalil - who was arrested during the second Tahrir Square protests in Egypt last year - just after she had done a live report for the BBC.

She was held in a military camp for 20 hours, an experience which she describes as the most memorable of her career.

Shaimaa was born in Alexandria in Egypt and is married to another journalist, who is also Egyptian and works for the BBC Arabic Service.

She has always wanted to work in broadcasting, she loves the excitement of being in the field and of working really hard with her team.
