Mini skirts and high heels banned by Ukraine government

In Ukraine, new dress guidelines have been introduced for government workers.

For women, pungent perfumes, plunging cleavages and pumped-up heels are all out.

For men, the changes are rather more modest: trousers and suit sleeves should be the correct length and outfits should not be worn two days in a row.
