Iraq's Post War Art and Culture Festival is being held in the notorious Red Jail in Iraqi Kurdistan.
During Saddam Hussein's regime this place was used to imprison, torture and murder Kurdish people.
What was the thinking behind staging an art event in a building with such a terrible past?
