After three weeks of football, Angola is settling back to normal life after the Africa Cup of Nations.

Farayi Mungazi, the BBC World Service's voice of African Sport is joined by Richard Fleming, Richard Connelly, Piers Edwards and Matthew Kenyon on the beachfront in Luanda to talk about the tournament's highs and lows.

They discuss the performance of the teams, CAF's decision to ban Togo for the next two tournaments and look forward to the 2010 World Cup.
