Country Focus - Sunday at 0700; presented by Rachael Garside and repeated Monday at 0530

Over the next few weeks Country Focus listeners get a second chance to hear some of the programmes we've broadcast earlier in the year. First on Sunday 21st we'll be with knights battling it out at Caerphilly Castle, re-enacting medieval times. Then on Sunday 28th August it'll be all aboard for the Welsh Highland Railway.

For the first weekend in September we'll be looking at the issue of Stress and ask where rural communities go for help and support. And then finally on Sunday 11th Sept - for 40 years they've been growing, baking, crafting and selling it in Denbigh Country Market.
