As rural poverty increases and the economic pressures tighten stress is becoming part of everyday life in the countryside. But can you recognise the symptoms or stress and do you know where to go to get help? The Rural Support Wales aims to provide advice, information and support for people living in rural Wales. Rachael Garside visits a number of schemes such as the Stress Nurses at Abergavenny Mart and Jigso offering an innovative play scheme in rural villages in Cardiganshire.
