Brian again tells Jac that he thinks that his wife is seeing another man and that he had been over to the house where he saw Agnes on the phone - he was sure it was her new man.

Brian discusses the boat trip to Ireland with Arwyn and makes a down payment for the job.
When he asks why Jac Whelan has not come to meet him in person Arwyn suggests he is engaged on some other business!
When asked whether Arwyn could be trusted to sail the boat Brian suggests to Jac that he cannot be sure whether anybody at all can be trusted!
