Episode 157
Agnes calls to see Brian at the garage. They discuss Arwyn Saunders' attempted suicide. At the supermarket Wendy meets Agnes. Wendy tells her that Brian has agreed on the name of the baby. Agnes is livid.

Episode 158
Brian is on the phone to Jac Whelan and he tells him that he's had a sleepless night because of what Wendy had told Agnes about the baby's name. Brian tries to convince his wife that Wendy is merely winding her up and that no decision has been made. He also swears that he is not seeing the young nurse any more.

Episode 159
At the Yacht Club Brian confronts Wendy and asks her why she had to lie to Agnes about the baby's name. Arwyn explains the reasons why he tried to take an overdose to Brian.
Jac Whelan tells Brian that it's too dangerous for him to return to Birmingham and that he's looking to buy a house in Brynaber.
