Brian and Wendy meet for a drink. Wendy is very suspicious about Brian business arrangements with Jac Whelan. Agnes and Jenny discuss the accusations made against Arwyn. On their way home from the pub Wendy and Brian see a man sleeping on a bench it's Arwyn Saunders. They take him home.

Jenny calls to see Arwyn at the house. She tries to reassure him that he has nothing to worry about. Arwyn later calls at Brian's garage and asks whether he sells alcohol. Brian directs him to the corner shop.
Episode 153
Agnes has organised a petition to support Arwyn in his negligence case. Jenny says that she is particularly worried about Arwyn and the fact that he is drinking heavily. Brian calls at Wendy's flat. She tells him that she's got a job as a part time barmaid at the Yacht Club. Arwyn arrives at the hospital he is hopelessly drunk. He rants and raves at Jenny and finally throws a bottle of whisky at her.
