Episode 148
It's bedtime at the Rees household. While Agnes is having a shower Wendy telephones Brian. She is distraught - why? Brian has forgotten that it's her birthday. The next morning Brian tries to make things up with Wendy by calling at the flat and presenting her with a bunch of roses. She unceremoniously cuts them up in front of him. There is an almighty row and Wendy hurls a flower pot at her Brian as he is about to leave the flat.

Episode 149
Arwyn is in the Yacht Club slowly getting drunk He's on the phone to his mother. Wendy arrives looking for Brian. Brian is in the garage and on the phone to Jac Whelan. They discuss going out on the boat. Arwyn arrives at the hospital in a drunken state. He tells Agnes that he has received a formal complaint of negligence from the solicitors.

Episode 150
Wendy calls at the garage to see Brian. The atmosphere is somewhat icy! Jac Whelan calls for Brian to go down to the marina and take the boat out to sea. Wendy tells Brian that he's mad to venture out in such adverse weather conditions. Arwyn assures Agnes that he will fight the accusation against him to the bitter end.
