Episode 82
Brian and Agnes are at the court - Brian thinks that everything has gone well and tells his wife not to worry. Jenny gives Arwyn an ultimatum. Brian calls to see Wendy and tells her that Jac Wheelan has made a mess of his evidence.

Episode 83
Arwyn and Agnes discuss the court case. Agnes says that she fears the worst for Brian. Arwyn tells Agnes about the ultimatum that he's been given by Jenny - either his mother leaves or she goes. Arwyn is asked what he intends doing. Wendy and Brian meet at Wendy's flat where they are interrupted by a phone call from Agnes. As he leaves Wendy gives him some startling news!

Episode 84
Agnes tells Brian that she cannot go with him to the court to hear the verdict. Arwyn's mother has returned to the home. Jenny is preparing for a move of her own. The verdict on Brian Rees and Jac Whelan is announced.
