REGENERATE By Joyce Lloyd Jean Young The bulldozers have been at work for over nine years now, replacing old council house with new. Living right in the middle of this are Joyce and Jean, who both grew up in the area and have witnessed many changes over the years. They take us around deserted streets and boarded up houses and reflect on the areas strong community ties.
