Hannah started to self harm when she started University. She felt increased pressures and soon realised that she was actually rather unhappy. The harming became more regular and this led her to return home to Sussex. She pushed herself to get better and discovered the All Sorts Youth group. Joining a group where she felt welcomed and somewhere she could also volunteer proved to be decisive in her determination to stop harming.
