Norman is plagued by wasps and other insects in summer. His wife bought a spray which is supposed to kill them in seconds, but it took quite a bit longer when they tried it one mealtime. From now on his advice is open a window and let the insect out if it's bothering you, or, better still, keep your windows closed in the first place so they don't come in.
