RETURN By Chanie Rosenberg It's an emotional return journey for Chanie to South Africa - the country she left fifty years ago as a political exile because of her anti-apartheid activities, with the police on her tail. As the plane approaches Capetown she sings a song about it; she goes to the beach and is thrilled to see a black child playing with a white one - it's now like any other country - she revisits her old family home, a mansion compared with her housing problems in London, and goes to a squatter camp next to a rich district. She has felt so at home from the first moment here that she could settle down there at any time.
