REFUGEES By Errol Carthy Errol and Christine Carthy and their four children are refugees in Antigua, and they are finding life hard. Although people think that Antigua has a healthy economy, Errol tells us that there are a lot of people coming to the county making competition for jobs fierce. Every year he spends several months unemployed. Christine thinks that the government aren't listening to their needs.
