PHEASANTS

Mike is a gamekeeper on a Yorkshire estate. One of his jobs is to provide pheasant for the shooting season. In the spring he and the other farm workers pack up all the hen birds on the estate and send them off to the game farm to lay their eggs. Wearing masks against the dust and feathers, they go into the barns, truss the birds, crate them up and load the lorry. One bird gets away, but not for long.
