NAPPY By Jack White In the summer Jack works as an attendant in a National Trust car park on the Dorset coast. He feels the British have become very untidy. You see people throw rubbish under cars and drive away and leave it. There should be on-the-spot fines. His colleage has picked up some used babies' nappies. It's disgusting.
