MATZOS

Gabriel shows how traditional matzos for Passover are made by hand. He films the elaborate process which is a communal effort by male members of his Hasidic synagogue. They produce round, slightly blackened matzos, not very delicious, but made in exactly the same way as they were when the Jews fled from ancient Egypt.
