Now a sucessful surgeon in Kent, Martin feels it's important to give something back to his motherland. The real chance to make a difference came when an earthquake devastated the region of his birth 2 years ago, when he set up a hospital in the area to help the victims and their families. In this film Martin travels back to see how life is progressing in Azad Kashmir.
