IRONING

Despite the New Year's resolutions, Paul still hasn't yet helped with the washing up or the ironing. Wendie particularly dislikes ironing - half of it is his, and she works longer hours than he does yet it appears that everything is left to her. The other thing she hates is emptying the rubbish bins. She feels that's a man's job. Sometimes she tries to shame Paul into doing something, but she usually fails. When she got married, her mother-in-law claimed to have domesticated him - balls!
