HELL AND HEAVEN By Steve Brewin Steve describes his manic depression as a mixture of hell and heaven. Although it's been very difficult, he wouldn't miss it for the world. At times, he has wanted to take his own life but never did, and is glad that he didn't. Steve's now doing peer advocacy, helping other people with mental health problems.
