GOLDEN STREETS
By Victor Richards
Victor Richards is a performance artist from Leicester. Much of his work is inspired by the migration of people between the UK and the Caribbean . Between 1948 and 1964 thousands of people left their homelands in the Caribbean to come to England. Victor writes and performs about the experiences of these people who left their homes and travelled across the seas to start a new life.
