Nic Mulvaney I think I recognise this guy in the photo. He hangs around Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street. I talked to him once when I was waiting for a bus. He has a bad crook in his neck and looks down most of the time. As for the pictures behind him, he must be coming up from a tube with adverts.
