Catherine sits in her room and revises for the second part of her 11-plus. She complains about the system. It is unfair that a test at eleven can determine your future schooling; and it can lead to enormous pressure from parents. Besides, it doesn't show how good you are at music or art, or what you're like inside, which is what really matters.
