DEVOLUTION By Bill Weeks Bill is angry about the proposed parliaments in Scotland and Wales. Living close to the Scottish border he has Scottish friends from the lowlands, and none of them seem to support it. He can't think why it is being suggested. In a few years time he anticipates they'll be begging to reunite.

Joanne Tut! Only an Englishman could spout this. Has he never thought that all the other 3 countries of the UK want to break away from the pompous English. We are countries in our own right and deserve to be seen as such. We are not a subsidury of England at all, never have been and never will be. It is so annoying, imagine if Spain did this to France, it's the same thing after all, their countries are joined. It makes me mad, all we want is for our countries to be recognised as such.
Derick Come back Bill. What did you think when it was 90% yes, and if anything the devolved parties wanted more power?
