
CYCLING By Richard Gifford Richard is a keen advocate of cycling. He works as a lawyer in central London and cycles there from his home in Harrow, going by way of the Regent Canal towpath. When he gets to the office he changes into his business clothes, feeling all the better for the exercise.

I'm planning leaving my car at home and to use my cycle instead. Anyway, I`ll have to wait until April because in Norway it is a lot of snow and very cold at the moment... A nice thought whilst you ride along is that - according to research in the 90's - the benefits of cycling outweigh the dangers by over 20:1 - unlike any other transport - won't keep you in work as a lawyer though! |
