BULLYING, BULIMIA AND ME By Sam Thomas Bullying at school led Sam to binge eating, then bulimia. He realised he had a problem after reading an agony aunt column in a magazine. Sam found it difficult to get the treatment he needed, so he started running as a positive way of coping with tensions and stresses. He now feels he's fully recovered and volunteers his time to help others who have eating disorders.
