BOATMAN By James Stedeford James has grown up in the family business which transports people to and from the islands in the Scillys. As boats are the equivalent to cars on the mainland, people rely on his service to get around. But his regulars are starting to take fewer journeys to save money and James is worried his business won’t survive the rising prices of fuel.
